All files should be sent to us as press-ready PDF files. If you are unable to send files in this format then a word file for your manuscript can be sent. We will convert this file into a PDF file and send it back to you for checking. If you are happy then we can proceed to print.
Bleed is printing that goes beyond the edge of where the sheet will be trimmed. In other words, the bleed is the area to be trimmed off. The bleed is the part on the side of a document that gives us a small amount of space to account for movement of the paper, and design inconsistencies.

If you would love to send your own sample especially if you are printing a unique/special project, please get in touch with our sales team.
We send all orders through our assigned dispatch riders and if that is not suitable for our clients, we deliver in person by any of our assigned staff but this will attract extra cost.
